Factors that negatively affect the neck condition
Frequent smartphone use
We take our phones everywhere, even where it is not natural to have them. Unfortunately, we rarely notice how we hold our phones and how it affects our necks. When we look down at our phones, we strain our necks. It can lead to the development of wrinkles, as well as neck and back pain.
Reading or watching TV lying down
Just like when we are using our smartphones, being engrossed in a book or TV program can help us focus on what is happening and forget about any uncomfortable situation.
Prolonged work at the computer
It is hard to imagine your life without the Internet and electronic documents. Neck problems become common for people who work in front of a monitor for 8 hours.
Your sleep position can also play a role in the appearance of your neck. For example, if you sleep on your stomach or side, your neck is more likely to become wrinkled. Conversely, sleeping on your back can help prevent wrinkles from forming.
We indeed inherit some features from our parents. It includes our appearance and our health. However, this does not mean that our problem is automatically inherited from them.
